About the Job
Responsibilities:
Lead a sales team of 9 (3 remote, 5 office-based)
Engage directly with clients
Become deeply familiar with key customers in the U.S. and Canadian markets
Actively participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and development of customer
service/sales team members, ensuring the team continues to strengthen and grow.
Work alongside team members to assist in quoting, customer interactions, and
troubleshooting complex projects.
Provide leadership in architect/designer collaborations.
Collaborate with sign shops and oversee account development.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Skills:
Hands-on approach
Proven experience in sales management
Fluent in both Hebrew and English preferred
Excellent communication skills

Proactive, responsible, and have a goal-oriented mindset
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
3+ years of Sales Management Experience
