Responsibilities:
The Director of Sales & Marketing is responsible for the planning, direction; budgeting, forecasting, and coordination of the Hotel's Sales and marketing team
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Develop and executes Sales and Marketing plansDirects market channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing target accounts, quotas and goals.Research, analyze and monitor, financial, and demographic factors.Plan and monitor Hotel's advertising and promotional activities.Meets with key clients, maintains relationships, negotiates and closing deals.Monitor market response, monitors competitors.Responsible for achievement of all property specific financial objectives*Develop budget and monitor sales activities.3-5 years sales management experience requires knowledge of general sales techniques, yield management, and customer service skills.
