Lifetime Products Inc., is seeking a Junior Sales Manager to join our Water Sports Sales team.

The Junior Sales Manager is responsible for selling products to businesses or individuals at sales office, store, showroom, or customer's place of business by performing the duties below. Able to prioritize workflow and manage tasks independently. Requires decision making skills and usage of good judgement regarding issues with accounts, orders, responsibilities, etc. Good customer service skills are a must.

Duties and Responsibilities may include the following (Other duties may be assigned):

• Promote Lifetime values and mission statement
• Develop profitable sales programs
• Respond quickly via phone, email, or in-person to internal and external requests
• Travel throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders, or talk with customers in person, via email, or by phone
• Build excellent relationships with internal and external customers
• Demonstrate product knowledge by using samples or catalogs to present a value proposition
• Quote prices, credit terms, and prepare sales contracts
• Work with demand planner and sales logistics manager to ensure orders are shipped on time
• Develop and maintain relationships with buying and replenishment teams
• Attend trade shows, some weekend travel will be required
• Provides sales forecast by account and by model

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College/University
• 3+ yrs experience in sale
• Knowledge of the Microsoft office suite
• Must be able to travel 25% of the time including some weekends
• Must have a valid driver's license
