About the Job
Lifetime Products Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager to join our team in our Sporting Goods Category. This position will be based in our Corporate Headquarters in Clearfield, Utah and candidates will be required to be onsite.

Our Sales team is responsible for selling our products to businesses or individuals at sales office, store, showroom, or customer's place of business by performing the duties below. Must be able to prioritize workflow and manage tasks independently. Requires excellent decision making skills and usage of good judgement regarding issues with accounts, orders, market, responsibilities, etc. Good organization, communication and customer service skills are a must.
Duties and Responsibilities may include the following (Other duties may be assigned):
- Promote Lifetime Values and Mission Statement
- Develop profitable Sales Programs
- Must be able to demonstrate an ability to achieve growth and hit sales targets
- Develop a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Respond quickly via phone, email, or in-person to internal and external requests
- Travel throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders, or talk with customers in person
- Build excellent relationships with internal customers
- Demonstrate product knowledge by using samples or catalogs to present a value proposition
- Quote prices, credit terms, and prepares sales contracts
- Complete vendor agreements and annual program sheets
- Work with various teams throughout the company to ensure orders are shipped on time
- Collaborate with inside sales representatives to maintain account specific marketing material
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Attend Trade Shows when applicable
- Provides Sales Forecast by Account and by Model
- Must pass background screening / MVR
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College/University in business administration or a related field is required
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proven work ethic and demonstrated ability to learn
