Hampton Inn Stow is currently seeking an experienced, full-time Sales Manager in Stow, OH.

The right candidate will have:
- 3+ years of sales experience in a hotel setting
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with hotel reservation and revenue management systems
- Experience working in a branded hotel preferred
Our Sales Manager will:
- Solicit, negotiate, and book new and repeat business through proactive sales efforts.
- Aggressively pursue new business through outside sales calls and developing new contacts.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key accounts to grow our market share.
- Maintain accurate and organized records to provide valuable historical data.
- Ensure consistent and timely communication with clients, both verbally and in writing.
- Assist in the development of an annual sales and marketing plan.
- Identify marketing strategies tailored to each market segment.
- Analyze historical, current, and future hotel and market trends.
- Develop and implement selling strategies to maximize revenue and achieve sales goals.
- Create proposals, agreements, BEOs and other administrative responsibilities.
