Position Overview: As a Sales Manager Trainee, you will embark on a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to become a successful sales leader. You will work closely with experienced sales managers and team members to learn the ins and outs of sales strategies, customer relationship management, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in a structured training program that includes classroom instruction and hands-on experience.
- Shadow experienced sales managers to learn effective sales techniques and customer engagement strategies.
- Assist in the development and execution of sales plans and strategies to achieve targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
- Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to drive innovation in sales processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Enthusiasm for sales and a desire to learn and grow within the organization.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong work ethic.
