• Step into a newly created in-house marketing role where you can use your knowledge, experience, and creativity to build your position while building the company
• Collaborate with our marketing agency to ensure that our ads reflect the quality craft we provide and reach our target customer base
• Create and update content for our website, blog, and Google Business Pages ensuring they are visually appealing and promote engagement with our customers.
• Contribute to the development and execution of innovative marketing campaigns for the company’s 3 divisions.
• Monitor marketing campaign metrics to assess effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement
• Help coordinate the timing and content for ads, trade shows, sales, blogs, and promotions to ensure they reach our target audience at the appropriate times
• Assist our sales team by traveling weekly to local municipalities to provide marketing literature and brochures
• Contact previous customers to request photos of completed installation projects for use in marketing materials.

We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Assistant to help take our business to the next level. The ideal candidate will take on an essential role in the company and work directly with the owner, marketing agency, sales, and installation team to continue to grow and develop our business.

Our Ideal Sales and Marketing Assistant:

• Experienced: 1+ years of digital marketing experience (content marketing, digital marketing, graphic design). Experience in the home improvement/construction industry is a plus.
• Computer Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Knowledge of graphic design, photo editing, and website software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and WordPress).
• Detailed and Organized: Strong attention to detail and highly organized. Able to maintain multiple marketing campaigns for 3 separate divisions.
• Action-oriented: Someone with strategic thinking abilities to track results from marketing avenues to determine strategy and budget. You can see the big picture, are self-motivated, and can take initiative to get things done.
• Collaborative: Strong communication skills. Enjoys being part of a creative team and exchanging ideas and information. You will be working closely with your teammates and our marketing agency.

What We Offer Our Sales and Marketing Assistant:

• Competitive Pay $50,000 to $75,000 per year (depending on experience and background)
