HotFoot Recruiters has partnered with a Western Apparel Clothing Manufacturer in need of a Sales/Marketing Assistant in the North Scottsdale, AZ area.

Position: Marketing Assistant
Location: North Scottsdale, AZ 85262
Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 DOE

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Research and source merchandise for sponsorship opportunities, coordinating customizations such as SMU (Special Make Up) and embroidery for products and orders.
• Manage product orders in the ERP system for sponsorships and collegiate teams.
• Forecast product quantities for seasonal collections for our e-commerce platform, handling purchasing for our internal website.
• Oversee catalog management, including image sourcing, product naming, content creation, and layout design—from hard copies to line sheets. 
• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate product records. 
• Providing administrative assistance, such as organizing meetings, calendaring, organizing catering, sending reminders, booking travel and photoshoot events.
• Assisting with product descriptions as requested.
• Complete special projects and other duties as requested.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Associate's degree or higher in Business, Fashion, Merchandising, Marketing or related field or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• 3+ years of experience of researching and sourcing branded merchandise for sponsorships, including coordinating SMU (Special Make Up) and embroidery.
• Proficient in placing and tracking orders using ERP systems, managing orders for sponsorships and collegiate teams.
• Ability to forecast product demand for seasonal collections, especially for e-commerce, with a strong understanding of Western apparel trends.
• Skilled in catalog management, including product imaging, content creation, and layout design, with experience using digital tools like NuOrder.
• Knowledge of SEO, e-commerce performance optimization, and website functionality improvements to drive conversions and enhance user experience is a huge PLUS.
