Responsibilities:
SALES:
- Qualify and respond to requests for information from sales inquiries involving room nights while directing any event sales inquiries to Catering department.
- Receive group leads and assist in data entry in Resort Suite for initial lead and turn over lead to Group Sales Manager for all other detailing.
- Receive leisure leads and turn over lead to Leisure Sales Manager.
- Assist in response to requests or leads, with information / Resort Overviews, etc. for timely response, if Leisure Sales Manager or Director of Sales are traveling or out of the office.
- Assist Sales team with client site tours.
- Assist Sales Team by pulling reports of group deposits received and not received, working with accounting, updating Resort Suite with payment dates and amounts.
- Assist Sales team with amenity requests for overnight VIP clients.
- Assist Sales team with group blocks by working with Reservations Manager to check availability and secure rooms.
- Attend weekly Sales and Marketing Meeting.
MARKETING:
- Assist in response to requests involving photoshoots, marketing promotions, donations, etc.
- Field social community management inquiries, PR fact checks, and coordinate press questions.
- Work with PR/Social Team to coordinate approved media/influencer stays and build itineraries with Reservations and Programming Teams.
- Assist with media/influencer site tours + amenities for overnight media guests.
- Keep Social Team updated on weekly happenings and specialty events for Instagram stories.
- Work with Creative Director on posting/responding to locals closed FB group.
- Assist with online reputation by responding to guest reviews.
- Work with Programming team to maintain accurate event + activity listings on Way and website.
- Work with F+B to maintain accurate IRD menus on website.
- Assist Creative Director by fielding internal creative requests, and collateral orders/delivery.
- Assist Creative Director with photo + video shoots.
- Assist Creative Director by acting as a second set of eyes for brand compliance throughout the property.
- Attend monthly PR/Social Call.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous Hotel/Hospitality experience preferred
- Must be:

- Dependable and punctual.

Education:
- High School diploma or GED
