Overview
As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will support the development and execution of marketing programs and activities across an entire suite of companies. In this role, you’ll support campaign planning and execution, brand management, event marketing, email marketing, social media, and more. You will play a key role in identifying key consumer insights, creating new product/promotional ideas, leading teams in the development of multiple product and/or promotional opportunities, formulating strategic marketing plans, and launching new products into the marketplace to drive top-line and bottom-line sales growth. You will work cross-functionally with associates across the company and will have immediate responsibility and accountability.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Understand and research the company’s audiences and objectives to help identify new ways to target and acquire clients.
- Support the management of all CRM activities related to sales and client contact management.
- Assist with running weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Work with sales team members to stay up to date on local market conditions, happenings in the CRE space, and consumer behavior.

Experience & Credentials:
- 3-5 years’ experience in a Marketing role.
- BA Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
The pay range for this California position is $31.25- $36.06 per hour; however, base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
