- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to meet targets
- Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders, showcasing business development initiatives
- Manage company website and social media platforms Experience - Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a managerial role
- Strong understanding of strategic planning and market analysis techniques
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar customer relationship management software
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with diverse clients
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
