Overview of role
As a Summer Intern in Sales & Marketing, you will gain hands-on experience working on exciting projects that bridge the gap between marketing strategy and technology and execution. You'll contribute to key initiatives, including enhancing our sales pipeline tools, analyzing business data, supporting sales training programs, and optimizing sales processes. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in both marketing and data analytics, with a focus on leveraging technology to drive business outcomes.

Duration: May 2025 to August 2025
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours/week
Responsibilities
- Sales Pipeline Tool: Assist in the development and enhancement of tools to track and manage sales pipelines. Collaborate with team members to implement features and improvements.
- Business Analytics: Analyze marketing and sales data to provide actionable insights. Support the creation of reports and dashboards that inform strategic decisions.
- Sales Training: Contribute to the design and delivery of training materials for sales teams. Help evaluate training effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Sales Process Optimization: Work on projects aimed at streamlining and enhancing sales processes. Identify areas for improvement and assist in implementing best practices.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI, Qlik, ecommerce)
- Familiarity with marketing technologies and CRM systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Experience and Education
- Currently pursuing a degree in Integrated Brand Marketing, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
