United Methodist Communities is currently seeking a Sales and Marketing Move-In Coordinator for Bristol Glen Senior Care Community located in Newton, NJ. Bristol Glen, Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), is thoughtfully designed to provide person directed care in a home-like environment to ensure exceptional care and quality of life for our residents.
The Sales and Marketing Move-In Coordinator is responsible for supporting the efforts of the Director of Sales and Marketing and the Sales Counselor in all areas of sales, marketing and event coordination. Additionally, this position coordinates all new IL, AL and MC move-ins to the community.
Requirements for a Sales and Marketing Move-In Coordinator:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of one year of related experience.
- Competence with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Responsibilities for a Sales and Marketing Move-In Coordinator:
- Focus on Sales and Occupancy: Handle all prospective inquiries promptly and assigns to appropriate salesperson for timely follow-up. Provides sales back-up assistance for the Sales & Marketing Director and Community Sales Counselors as needed.
- CRM Utilization: Maintains accurate data flow for leads and referral sources. Ensures timely and precise input as appropriate into Aline or other community specific systems. Prepares and maintains accurate and timely reports as required.
- Team Participation: Adheres to a culture of collaboration and teamwork. Shares relevant prospect information with the sales team and the community teams.
- Move in Coordination: Own the customer journey from apartment selection/deposit to move-in, ensuring residents receive personalized support. Ensure timely entry of move-in details into Aline for accurate occupancy tracking. Manage all aspects of any apartment modifications, apartment readiness and move-in coordination. Provides hands-on assistance to residents with move-in details and support. Share move-in details with community team and corporate VP of Marketing and Sales.
- Marketing: Event planning, coordination and set up, execution and closing of all events in coordinator with the Sales & Marketing Director. Supply, stock and order of promotional items.
- Industry Knowledge: Keep updated about relevant operational, competitive and company information to respond effectively to prospective inquiries and community contacts. Attend relevant industry meetings and conferences.
