Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the real estate industry

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and goals

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong negotiation and closing skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing techniques
