Sales Office Manager - Greystone Communities

We are seeking exceptional candidates for the Office Manager role for the Sales and Marketing team at The Outlook at Windhaven, Forefront Living's brand-new continuing care retirement community located in Plano.

The Office Manager will manage the sales and marketing office. Must be organized with strong administrative skills and a minimum of three years’ experience, preferably in a sales environment. Must be detail-oriented, accurate, patient, socially poised, professional and have event-planning experience. Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint experience required. CRM experience a plus.

All positions require skills in relationship development with potential customers. Must be goal-oriented and a team player.
