Overview:East Penn currently has an opening for a Sales Operation Analyst. This position is responsible for providing pricing analysis for sales, and executing the processes of sales operations. Both independently and through direction from sales and management, this position maintains and updates the sales operations and pricing systems.
Responsibilities:Track, maintain, audit, and update price sheets, quotes, and pricing in the system.
Ensures that proper department procedures and routines are followed including cross-checking and auditing other analysts work.
With input from sales, marketing, and shipping, verify requested changes are accurate and feasible, and make changes and updates through the sales operation systems.
Utilize appropriate software to modify or create reports, verify information on reports, perform in-depth analysis and/or summarize data; design advanced reports.
Calculate rebates, obtain approvals, and work with accounting to execute rebate agreements.
Coordinate invoice changes and corrections with other departments.
Maintain processes to comply with customer expectations using available systems.
Identify and manage addition and removal of new part numbers from various systems.
*Maintains regular attendance.
*Ability to work mandatory over time.
Performs other duties as requested.
Responsible for producing a high quality product.
Responsible for proper hygiene, housekeeping, and safety practices.
*These tasks are considered essential elements of the job.
A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Accounting, Math, or related fields.
Ability to understand and develop complex formulas.
Accuracy entering, changing, and checking information on the computer systems and office paperwork.
Ability to use advanced functions in excel.
Strong reasoning and analytical skills, with ability to multitask effectively.
