About the Job
- Manage data for marketing campaigns within Salesforce using SQL
- Own the sales-play list execution from start to finish, including data matching, enriching, reporting, and ongoing maintenance
- Work with Data Quality Lead to establish best practices for resolving data issues and root cause analysis
- Develop materials and standards for improving data management within the company CRM environment
- Contribute to the GTM Data Governance council best practices and inform on insights of how to solve for complex data challenges
- Establish repeatable data operational procedures that can be leveraged by internal GTM teams
- Build Salesforce reports and dashboards to support analysis and planning using internal data
- Support the team in efforts to combine internal data with third party information to generate new insights for the Sales and Marketing functions
- Develop an understanding of the underlying data architecture supporting Sales and Marketing and how it is used to manage Go-To-Market functions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- At least 6-8 years of work experience
- Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills: demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, develop solutions, aggregate large amounts of data, and conduct required analyses
- Expertise in campaign, target, and list management in Salesforce
- Demonstrated experience with Salesforce: managing data loads, understanding of objects, object relations, and data management
- Working directly with enrichment tools like ZoomInfo, D&B Optimizer, Salesloft, or HubSpot
- SQL Experience, must be able to write queries from scratch - pulling data from Salesforce using SQL
- Experience using Excel/Google Sheets for analysis and reporting
- Proactive/Self-Starter type of attitude
- Drive and lead projects/initiatives
- Provide perspective and opinion and execute through on managerial asks
- Sales Operations/Marketing Operations Analyst background
- Stakeholder management, will be working cross functionally across the sales organization to present data
- Experience at a growth stage internet/software company
- Prior experience in the payments industry is ideal
- Proficient with a MacBook
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
