About the Job
- Responsible for monitoring the Commercial Analytics inbox and ensure all requests have a timely follow up and resolutions.
Design and develop sales reporting tools for field.
Prepare, validate, and distribute ad hoc reports and analysis as requested by management.
Able to work with field Territory Mangers, Regional Directors, Area Business Directors in response to reporting questions, current rep sales status, etc. Work with Sales Management on territory alignment. Support new territory alignment and mapping initiatives.
- Update SQL Tables as needed to ensure data continuity and accuracy.
- Monitor and update field sales reports to ensure reporting is accurate and reports are functional.
- Be the point of contact and liaison between commercial analytics and incentive compensation.
- Support the IC team as needed throughout the quarter.
- Be the main point of contact for our specialty sales teams including account management, maintaining Tableau reports, ad hoc needs as the arise, and IC support.
- Be the main point of contact and analytics support for our Inside Sales Team.
Preferred job qualifications are at least 1-2 years’ experience in commercial operations as an analyst, familiarity with Tableau or other data visualization tool, experience working with field sales representatives, and some knowledge of a databases.
Preferred skills include SQL or similar data repository, Tableau, experience with territory alignments, incentive compensation, data mining tools, salesforce.com or other CRM.
Must possess excellent customer service, positive attitude, attention to detail, and be highly organized.

Job Related Qualifications / Skills
Professional Experience
- Required:
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in commercial operations, financial analytics, or marketing.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Required:
- Demonstrated proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, or other visualization tools.
- Experience working with field sales representatives, including territory alignments.
- Must possess excellent customer service, positive attitude, attention to detail.
- Preferred:
- Good working knowledge of SQL or similar data repository tools.
- Experience working with data mining tools.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.
Education
- Required:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in analytics, statistics, finance, or a quantitative area is preferred.
