Thrive with us at ZoomInfo.As the Sales Operations Business Partner, you will directly support sales leadership to align sales operations and business objectives across the revenue organization
You will provide operational support to the sales leadership team within the Retention and Growth organization, optimizing operating cadences, forecasting, pipeline management, and deal reviews
Additionally, you will track key initiatives, build accountability communication plans and lead change management efforts to ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement in sales operations
Join us to make a significant impact on our sales efficiency and overall success!This is a hybrid role, working three days per week from our office in Waltham, MA.What You Will Do:Collaborate closely with the leadership team to manage and streamline all operating cadences, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and serve as a trusted advisor to sales leaders, providing strategic guidance and recommendations to improve overall sales performance.Operationalize sales forecasts by proactively analyzing data and trends, providing actionable insights to drive decision-making.Oversee pipeline management, ensuring all opportunities are tracked, monitored, and progressed effectively through the sales cycle.Conduct regular deal reviews with sales leaders to evaluate opportunities, identify risks, and develop strategies to close deals successfully.Track and monitor key sales initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals.Communicate effectively with sales teams and other stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of goals, strategies, and expectations.Support change management efforts by developing and implementing plans to support transitions and ensure smooth adoption of new processes and tools.Support the development and implementation of sales initiatives and plans, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives while continuously evaluating processes, tools, and systems to enhance productivity and effectiveness.Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and product, to drive initiatives that support sales growth and efficiency.Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager. What You Bring:7+ years of experience within a sales operations role.Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with sales leaders and cross-functional teams.Proficiency in CRM and sales forecasting tools to manage sales operations efficiently.Ability to lead and manage change initiatives to support organizational transitions.Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Problem-solving skills to address and resolve complex sales and operational challenges.Strategic thinking to align sales operations with overall business objectives.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and consistency in reporting and analysis.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong leadership skills to influence and drive initiatives across teams.#LI-AP1 #LI-HybridActual compensation offered will be based on factors such as the candidate’s work location, qualifications, skills, experience and/or training
