About the Job
What You'll Do
• Assist in conducting prospect research to identify potential clients and market opportunities.
• Help maintain data integrity by updating and verifying information in Salesforce.
• Support producers with administrative tasks, including preparing client presentations and reports.
• Collaborate with the sales team to track and analyze performance metrics.
• Support IMA's Sales Tools Strategy & Delivery Manager by uploading prospect lists to sales tools, reviewing and reporting on Producer usage, and other data requests as needed.
• If needed, support Producer Recruiting and Onboarding by completing administrative tasks, tracking I.T. setup for new hires, coordinating onboarding prework and orientations for new hires, etc.
• Partner with the marketing function to support external marketing efforts and initiatives.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
• Assist with special projects as assigned.
You Should Have
• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Risk Management or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
