CHG's internship program is designed to enhance student's learning and growth, while providing an opportunity to meet educational curriculum requirements. Students will work on projects that allow them to think critically, create measurable goals and work independently.
Responsibilities
- Scrub data in computer system and research and obtain corrected contact information
- Assist sales team with lead generation and distribution
- Follow up and indexing credentialing documents
- Enter job postings into computer system
- Provide sales data and reports to the team as needed
- Projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Great organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially over the phone
- Demonstrated researching and problem solving skills
- Strong organization skills with attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong computer skills including some knowledge with Microsoft Office applications
- Must be enrolled as a Junior or Senior in a College or University or are/will be a recent 2024 graduate - Communications, Public Relations, English, or related preferred.
- Can provide a list of learning objectives and internship agreement for your program
- Majoring in Business, Sales or Marketing preferred
- Business Analytics or Business Intelligence experience preferred
We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay of $20.00/hour
CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
