About the Job
As the Sales Operations Specialist, your focus will be on driving & tracking sales activity, Salesforce utilization, owning key behavioral metrics, supporting regional sales reporting for partner agencies and improving sales tools integration into prospecting methodologies.

- This position is open to candidates living in Connecticut and the surrounding region
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide critical sales communication, and training for new technologies used by sales professionals with an emphasis on Salesforce.
- Partner with Sales Leadership to align new initiatives/campaigns/contests with sales technology and Sales Force
- Effectively communicate efforts, metrics, progress, and hurdles to stakeholders
- Lead weekly monthly Sales & Prospecting call sessions
- Assist in planning & tracking new producer onboarding
- Plan, prepare and execute various regional and local sales training programs in conjunction with Regional Sales Leader, National Learning & Development Team and other local Sales Leaders
- Partner with Marketing Team to initiate outbound prospecting & branding campaigns
- Dotted line to Sales Senior Leadership for project management and other duties as needed
- Some travel required

Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce products is required
- Minimum of 3-5 years in business development, including experience managing projects and initiatives
- Experience in cross-functional organizations with a focus on influencing and presenting well-researched options to business challenges
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and change management practices,
- Proficiency in standard business applications
- Prefer a candidate with previous insurance industry or insurance sales experience
