About the Role:
As Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in the AMS Operations team partnering with both Sales Leaders and Account Executives to drive success within the geo you support. This role will report to the Director of Sales Operations and work closely with the COO and all other parts of Operations, Deal Desk, Finance and the Sales team. Major areas of focus include CRM maintenance and hygiene, sales program implementation, customer satisfaction, assisting the Sales Leaders in your region and reporting.
What You’ll Do:
- Support the sales process and sellers in facilitating account and opportunity accuracy
- Ensure Data Quality and Integrity of data
- Handle basic administrative functions within Salesforce, including account maintenance and other routine tasks
- Research new Account Requests
- Work with Partner Operations to ensure Deal Registrations are expedited with accuracy
- Play a support role in the weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadence of sales team activities including QBRs, forecasting, pipeline generation, planning, and opportunity management
- Complete regular Salesforce system audits
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping guide our sales organization to outstanding sales practices and improved execution
- Act as a Salesforce superuser to your business partners, ensuring they understand how to use the system and where the enablement materials are located
- Complete assigned responsibilities on time and with extremely high quality and attention to detail
- Actively work with sales, revenue, and other cross functional teams as needed
- Assist with Salesforce/ad-hoc administrative responsibilities
What You Need to Succeed:
- 1+ years of Sales or Business Operations experience in a high growth technology company.
- Bachelor’s Degree or work experience equivalent
- Microsoft Office Applications and Salesforce.com knowledge is a must
- Works effectively in an unstructured environment requiring new perspectives and creative approaches, and with multiple competing deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Willing and able to roll-up the sleeves to get things done
- Flexible to work extended hours during peak periods, especially end of financial periods/quarters
