The Sales Operations Specialist (SOS) will play an invaluable part in the evolvedMD sales process, supporting the sales department via administrative and sales activities to drive revenue. Efficiency, process, and execution are top priorities, and this role will be responsible for managing inbound sales, business development scheduling, meeting coordination, and leading CRM administration. Ultimately, this role will drive administrative and operational efficiencies as a collaborative member of a closely aligned team.
Compensation
- Base Salary Range: $60,000- $70,000 annually (DOE)
- $1,200 annual technology allowance
- 401(k) company match up to 3%
About You
- At least a bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Economics, or Finance preferred or any commensurate combination of work and education experience in lieu of degree.
- At least 2 years of Sales, Operations, and/or Marketing experience required
- Healthcare sales background preferred
- Ability to prioritize and be highly organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong oral and written communicator with high-level knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
- CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) experience required
Your Key Collaborators
- VP of Sales (Direct Manager) – Oversees all revenue-generating initiatives, customer acquisition, and business development.
- Chief Commercial Officer – Oversees commercial strategy and initiatives including corporate and revenue development, strategic planning, and payor relations.
- RSE (Regional Sales Executives)
- Account Managers – Peer team members focused on customer revenue optimization, engagement, satisfaction and retention.

Your Expected Deliverables
- Business Development + Marketing
- Serve as a front facing contact for inbound and marketings leads, successfully articulating evolvedMD's unique approach to behavioral health integration.
- Qualify, track and provide appropriate follow-up
- Manage Salesforce data entry, pipeline updates and track and analyze key sales metrics to assess performance.
- Proactively lead sales improvement, measurement and analytics to optimize sales function.
- Attend relevant conferences and trade shows.
- Manage conference and trade show engagement including participation, prospecting, and follow up.
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop materials and campaigns designed to drive lead generation and pipeline movement.
- Accountable for the refinement of our lead qualification processes, analyze campaign performance, collaborate with Marketing
- Act as a brand ambassador, evangelizing our brand externally both online and in person.
- Department Operational Support
- Manage Salesforce data entry, pipeline updates and track and analyze key sales metrics to assess performance.
- Schedule, coordinate, and follow up on behalf of VP of Sales.
- Timely and accurate activity documentation in Salesforce to manage pipeline through the sales cycle
- Internal Partnership + Collaboration
- Assist VP of Sales and other internal stakeholders with cultivating and leading a selling culture.
- Drive regular communication with the VP of Sales and Chief Commercial Officer in regard to sales operational and administrative efficiencies and address any issues.
Travel up to 20-25%
