Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Gaming Sales Order Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support the sales efforts within our gaming and hospitality channels, working closely with major customers to ensure seamless order processing, customer satisfaction, and continued business growth. This position plays a key role in managing relationships with decision-makers from leading brands like Wynn and Caesars, while helping to drive Gasser Chair's success in the gaming and hospitality industries.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Manage remote sales inquiries and provide timely responses, ensuring effective customer engagement and satisfaction.
- CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools, such as HubSpot, to track customer interactions, manage leads, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Order Processing: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales order processing, project milestones, and fulfillment.
- Business Development: Actively seek new business opportunities within key accounts, driving sales growth and expanding market presence.
- Client Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, establishing and nurturing strong relationships with decision-makers.
- Market Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies tailored to the gaming market and support the achievement of sales goals.
- Account Management: Oversee the first sales project for large accounts, managing from inception to delivery, and coordinating necessary resources.
- Sales Support: Provide sales support by collaborating with internal departments to meet client needs, resolve issues, and ensure project success.
- Reporting: Maintain CRM systems and provide regular reports to sales leadership, enabling accurate forecasting and performance tracking.
- Customer Data Management: Maintain up-to-date client information and engagement data within CRM, ensuring accurate tracking of customer activities and sales potential.
- Internal Coordination: Work with internal departments, including production and customer service, to define and address action items for customer orders.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or higher in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a sales coordination role, managing client accounts and supporting the sales process, highly desired.
- Experience in overseeing projects from initiation to completion, with a focus on ensuring quality and meeting established objectives, highly desired.
- Strong sales acumen with a demonstrated passion for the sales process, including lead generation, account management, and closing deals.
- Proven ability to build relationships with high-level decision-makers within large organizations.
- Experience in managing complex sales orders and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with an emphasis on listening and customer service.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and proficiency in maintaining accurate sales and customer data.
- Ability to take initiative and represent Gasser Chair professionally and ethically in all customer interactions.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on meeting customer expectations and delivering quality service.
Physical Requirements:
The Gaming Sales Order Coordinator will primarily work in an office setting, with occasional travel to client locations or trade shows. The role requires extended periods of sitting and computer use.
