Salary Range: $24000.00 - $95000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
• Cold call warm leads, direct dial lapsed leads
• Updating and maintaining CRM database of current and potential customers
• Stay informed about competing products and services
• Track record and ability to achieve high sales targets
• Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists

• Previous sales experience is required
• Insurance experience is required
• Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
• Must be coachable
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Property & Casualty insurance license is required for the role, if you do not have it currently you will be required to secure it
