The Wayne Subaru Sales team is looking for the right individual to join our TEAM!!!
The Wayne Subaru Product Specialist is where our customers have first contact with the Wayne Subaru family.
The process of building that relationship begins with earning a customer’s trust and respect.

Responsibilities:
- Making daily phone calls and emails while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Be the first point of contact for clients to communicate with about the dealership, available vehicles and other services offered.
- Ask questions and determine customer needs and wants in order to match their expectations.
- Be up with the latest product offerings, optional packages, and technologies.
- Demonstrate product knowledge on all new/used vehicles in inventory.
- Follow up with customers to establish a constant flow of referral business.
- Stay sharp in overcoming objections as a Sales Specialist.
- Communicate with management to establish sales goals and measurables for performance related compensation concerning objectives, activities, and reviews.
- Be enthusiastic about our dealership and help drive sales through quality interactions.
Qualifications:
- Available for required hours during the week and weekends.
- Automotive Sales Experience, Subaru experience a plus.
- Positive attitude and genuinely like people.
- Be ready and eager to learn the product line and always look to improve.
- Communicate effectively with customers and other Wayne Subaru family members.
- Consistent and professional appearance in keeping with Wayne Subaru's required dress code.
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
