We want to connect with any sales professional that is confident in their B2B skills within the Hospitality & Luxury Retail industries and has sales morals that are genuine, honest, and disciplined.

We like to make recruiting fun, valuable for all clients and candidates, and give organizations that we work with an edge to succeed through building elite teams.
The Sales Rep is responsible for phone/email outreach, generating leads, and scheduling prospect meetings with potential clients for our Account Executives to close. Thats it.
Identify leads reach out to the leads schedule Zoom meeting between lead and our Account Executives.
What are the Role Responsibilities?
- Prospect for leads that could benefit from our executive search and recruiting services.
- Reach out to leads via phone, email, or in-person visits.
- Schedule hot leads for a Zoom or in-person meeting with our Account Executives.
- Maintain track record of outreach and all leads from cold to closed.
- Communicate with our Account Executives on prospective client summaries, needs, and meeting times.
- Manage your own time effectively to meet sales KPIs.
What are the Requirements to Apply?
- Able to commit at least 15 hours/wk to the role
- Minimum 2+ years in B2B sales
- Minimum 3+ years in any previous hospitality or luxury role
- Proven track record of lead generation and closing
- Ability to work well within a team and rely on colleagues
- High level of organization and self-management
- Top-tier communication skills
- An authentic, honest and humble personality
Whats the Compensation?
10% commission on all revenue for the first 12 months of each client closed.
- Example 1: you scheduled a meeting for one of our Account Execs to meet with a new hotel youve been in contact with. Account Executive closes the deal. Recruiters fill the positions. You get 10% commission on all the billings for the first 12 months from that client.
- Example 2: you scheduled a prospective meeting with a new restaurant in town. Account Exec closed the deal and Recruiters filled the open positions. Total billings for that client within the first 12 months of working with said client is $150k. You earn $15k, paid out as each position is filled.
What Comes Next for Me if I Do Well?
If you meet the minimum Sales Rep KPIs for (2) consecutive months (and if you wish to do so), you can progress to Account Executive. Account Executives are responsible for all the same responsibilities of the Sales Rep, plus hosting the prospective meetings and closing deals.
Your commission would increase to AE commission: 20% of all billings for the first 12 months of each client closed.
What are the Sales Rep KPIs?
KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
- Schedule at least (4) meetings per month between prospective clientele and AEs
- Maintain a clear track record of all outreach and sales efforts, including:
- Number of targets identified per month
- Prospects reached out to per month
- Prospect statuses: not interested, cold, warm, hot
- Number of meetings scheduled
- Number of meeting cancellations
Some Key Numbers to Consider:
- Account Executive prospect meeting close rate: 60%
- Recruiter fill rate: 85% within first (30) days
- Annual client billings range: $24k-$200k
- Wide range due to number of open positions per client and salary ranges
**This is a 100% commission-based, contractor position**
