Farmers offers different programs to help candidates decide what works best for them when making the decision to become an agent.
Protege Producer Program: The protege program is made for candidates who would like to make a career change but is not sure about the process. This program allows you to be trained and have hands on experience with a mentor agent while also receiving training in the district office. This is a 9-12 month program that will ensure your future success while learning everything there is to know about insurance. This program does not require financial assets and allows you to pick your next entry point of insurance with no financial assets required.

Requirements
