Sales Representative - Alltex Staffing & Personnel

outside / inside sales Representative 

Looking for a new sales endeavor, possess excellent customer service, love speaking with people, like being out in the field? This could be the position you have been looking for. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Greets potential customers, listens to their needs and problems; steers them toward products and services that can help them to address their needs.
• Identification of potential business opportunities, target customers and products.
• Interface with customers and plant teammates.
• Receive Customer inquiries, negotiate and receives orders from the customer.
• Effective review of Contract through understanding of customer requirements.
• Preparation and submission of offers/quotation /bids.
• Co-coordinating with the Plant for effective resolution. 
• Conduct Customer Satisfaction Surveys and monitor Customer Satisfaction.
• Monitoring payments. 
• Coordination of central marketing functions, order management, and documentation.
• Visit potential and current customers. 

Requirements: 

• 6 months outside sales experience. (preferred) 
• 3-8 months marketing experience. (preferred) 
• 6 months of customer service experience within light or heavy industrial. 
• Ability to travel mainly local. 
• must have Valid Driver's license 
• E-Verify, Drug Test and Background check.
