Sales Representative - Ferretti Search

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our client's growing team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record of success in building and maintaining customer relationships. This role is essential in driving revenue growth and expanding our market share.

Here's what you'll do:

• Generate leads, confirm appointments, and build a solid pipeline to achieve your sales goals.
• Develop strong relationships with prospects in your assigned territory and convert them into loyal customers.
• Move prospects efficiently through the sales process from initial contact to closing.
• Assist with and attend first implementation meetings for all new clients.
• Complete new hire training, participate in ongoing sales training, and maintain in-depth product knowledge.
• Effectively communicate the value of our software solutions through clear written and verbal communication.

To be successful, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's Degree.
• 0-3 years of experience in a competitive sales environment with a proven track record of exceeding goals.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Assess client needs and provide strategic business solutions.
• Effectively troubleshoot challenges and identify creative solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

• Deliver compelling presentations to convert prospects into clients.
• Exceptional organization, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
