About the Job
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
TM Taxes is a rapidly growing tax company that is looking for high achieving and outgoing sales representatives,
who will work as an independent contractor. Candidates will be responsible for establishing and maintaining
good relationships with customer base in their assigned territory. The sales representative will build trust and
provide support to prospects, ensuring the conversion to qualified referral. The ideal candidate should be highly
motivated to find new tax clients, have great sales skills, and eager to earn good compensation. Some perks of
the position are flexible work hours and bonus potential.
Duties include, but not limited to:
· Meeting a daily quota (5+ clients per day)
· Client recruiter
· Working directly with tax preparers to ensure tax referrals are accounted.
· Traveling within sales territory to meet prospects.
· Building and maintaining relationships with new prospects and existing customers
· Educating customers on how products and services can benefit them personally and financially.
· Selling company services to new customers
· Understanding on-boarding process and customer needs
· Identifying prospects, lead generation, and customer conversion
· Collaborating with local business and other professional networks
· Maintaining contact list for prospective customers
