Sales Representative - Exterior & Roofing - CoMo Premium exteriors

The Day-To-Day

In this role you will spend the majority of your time engaged in sales presentations at the customer's home helping them understand their roofing options. This could include residential, commercial, and property management projects. Through a consultative approach, you will assess customers' needs, recommend products, develop price quotes, and assist customers with necessary paperwork and contracts. You will oversee the project while it is being completed and at the end of the project confirm it meets our quality standards and that the homeowner is satisfied.

Training

Even if you don't have a background in construction, we can train the right person. We invest in our Sales Reps success through in-house training and sales seminars. When you start we give you real leads and use them to help train you, while also helping build your pipeline immediately.

Job Requirements

• Must be able to climb ladders as needed.
• Willing to network and build relationships in the community.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Clean driving record.
• Strong work ethic and desire to succeed.
• Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation, and self-discipline.
• Able to organize your week and create your own sales plan.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
