.We are seeking a goal-oriented self-starter to join our team as a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing your book of business, utilizing your existing network of contacts and leads, and prospecting for new business opportunities. and selling a variety of insurance products. A property and casualty license with insurance industry knowledge is a must-have. The pay structure for this position is base plus commission. The base salary for this position is $30,000 per year. With our competitive commission structure, may make up to $75,000.

Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Prospect for new business opportunities through warm leads, networking, and cold calling.
- Sell a variety of insurance products, including auto, home, life, and commercial insurance
- Advise and Educate prospects on insurance policies based on their personal needs and goals.
- Continue to look for and recognize opportunities to cross-sell/account rounding.
- Address the clients concerns carefully, clearly, and professionally.
- Achieve or surpass sales expectations and objectives established by management.
Requirements
- Active Texas Property and Casualty License Required.
- 1+ years of Insurance Sales experience Required
- Ability to work independently in a remote/WFH environment. Prior experience working remotely is a plus.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
- Experience using a multiline phone system, and utilizing computer software. Proficient typing/data entry skills.
- Demonstrates the highest level of technical and cognitive abilities to ensure accuracy and precision
- Ability to effectively collaborate with other members of the team.
- Showing professionalism in all aspects of communication - verbal, written, or in-person - to maintain a positive working atmosphere and promote efficient communication.
