Responsibilities:
- Leverage your knowledge of corrugated packaging, folding cartons, retail displays, and club store pallets to identify sales opportunities and drive growth.
- Use your hunter mentality to prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Deliver engaging and convincing presentations to potential clients, demonstrating our product's value and benefits.
- Negotiate contracts with prospective clients to secure the most advantageous terms.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, demonstrating a relentless motivation for sales.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions and industry trends, using this information to identify new business opportunities.
- Use Customer Relationship Management tools to track interactions and sales.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Provide feedback and after-sales support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing.
- Minimum of 1 year of B2B packaging sales experience.
- Proven track record of prospecting new business and enhancing existing customer relationships.
- Strong product knowledge, particularly in corrugated packaging, folding cartons, retail displays, and club store pallets.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to engage and convince potential clients.
- High level of motivation for sales, with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using Customer Relationship Management tools.
- Understanding of market trends and ability to respond accordingly.
- Must be a team player, with the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
