This role provides a $60,000 base salary, plus unlimited earning potential with uncapped commissions.
As a Sales Representative, you will be essential to furthering our mission byfocusing on driving sales and delivering high-quality security solutions within our Safe Cities business unit. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, have an understanding of the security industry, and excel in building and maintaining client relationships.
This role will:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the San Diego area
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identify potential customers and understand their needs.
- Present, promote, and sell physical security products to prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer accounts, and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create suitable marketing materials and expand brand presence.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions. And use it to drive your sales
- Strategically negotiate with potential and existing customers to close sales.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and relationship management.
This role may be a good fit for you if you have:
- High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in outside sales, particularly within the security industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Strong consultative sales skills with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Exceptional organizational and customer service skills.
- Ability to travel within the assigned sales territory as needed.
