Mindful Health Solutions is seeking a Sales Representative who excels in relationship building to reflect our mental health portfolio in our unique private practices in the SoCal region. This is an exciting opportunity to develop innovative strategies and cultivate meaningful relationships with mental health clinicians. In this role you will be expected to share our services TMS, EsKetamine, and Ketamine infusion therapy with psychiatrist, licensed psychotherapist, psychologist, and physicians who have a passion like MHS with patients suffering from treatment resistant depression. In addition, you will be responsible for identifying new market leads, pitching to prospective clinicians, and achieving referral revenue targets.
Responsibilities:- Develop effective outreach strategy to build awareness of the services offered by our medical practice including TMS therapy, esketamine, and Ketamine infusion therapy
- Facilitate peer-to-peer sessions between Mindful Health Solutions’ psychiatrists and referring practitioners through open houses, lunch & learns, CME activities, patient education groups, and other points of connection.
- Develop deep knowledge of the patient referral process and the MHS Depression Care Pathway and articulate proficiently with referral sources, including benefits, efficacy, impact with Rx, insurance coverage, indications, etc
- Creating relationships with hospitals, private practices, and other health care institutions through prospecting
- Define & establish lines of communication between referring practices and our medical group
- Along with the operations and marketing team, organize local events to attract potential patients and referral sources to participate in education sessions sponsored by the Company
- Participate in local professional networking meetings and events that are relevant to referral development, including trade show exhibition
- Distribute prescribing info and related data to physicians and therapists
- Develop and implement plans of action for targeted physicians and select institutions
- Conduct regularly scheduled visits to current and prospective referral source offices
- Utilize CRM to plan, implement and evaluate outreach campaigns
- 1-3 years’ experience as a medical sales representative or similar role
- Degree preferred not required.
- Proficient with Microsoft products Word, Outlook, Excel, and experience with CRM’s
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent teamwork and networking skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Ability to travel frequently in the assigned territory
