PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $25 - $30 per hour>
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

As a(n) Wholesaler Support you will:
Job Description:
- Liaise with sales to facilitate the Expense Reimbursement process on a daily basis
- Provide support for tracking progress of Distribution Management’s projects and analyze the data as needed to assist management in the prioritization of work
- Navigate Firm’s resources, interface with various departments on behalf of executives to collect information, respond to requests, obtain services
- Ability to maintain excellent communication standards, including with senior management and sales representatives
- Ad-hoc projects
- Excellent communication, writing, judgment, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail as well as solid organization/time management skills
- Must be an enthusiastic and positive team player who is willing to help out and who works well with colleagues
- High degree of professionalism, organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work well under pressure while managing multiple responsibilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
