Responsibilities
Client Interaction: Meet with potential clients in-person to discuss their insurance needs and provide suitable solutions.
Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to expand the agency's client base.
Client Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
Policy Customization: Develop personalized insurance plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
Networking: Participate in local events to increase the agency's visibility and bring in new clients.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions for internal assessment.
Requirements
Licensing: Active Georgia Property & Casualty License preferred.
Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or customer service roles is beneficial.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer Service: Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Motivation: Self-driven and able to meet sales targets.
