REQUIREMENTS
Previous automotive experience is NOT REQUIRED for this position, we provide all the training necessary to build a career in the automobile business. Computer proficiency is a must to help us serve the large volume of customers that engage the dealership via our website and email. Sales representatives will be able to promote pre-owned vehicles from all 5 of our locations. Qualified candidates will have a proven track record of handling clients in a sales or customer service environment. We are looking for someone who works hard, communicates clearly and is interested in a real career with long term potential, not just a job.

QUALIFICATIONS: ● Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record according to dealership standards ● College graduate with a background or concentration in business management or marketing a plus ● At least one year in a dealership sales management position. ● Professional personal appearance ● Ability to remain calm while diffusing touchy situations ● At least two years’ experience in a dealership sales environment. ● Must be comfortable managing multiple departments and people. ● Strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees and vendors ● Must be able to work extended hours, evenings and weekends
