The Sales Representative is part of the Rogan's Shoes Safety Footwear Program (SFP) team, traveling to SFP Accounts in company-owned box trucks for the purpose of selling safety footwear to the customer's employees.

- Travels with Work Truck Account Manager to SFP customer worksites to sell safety footwear to customer's employees. Will routinely operate company owned box-truck.
- Provides outstanding customer service, collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, provide support and guidance, resolve issues and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling through all channels, onsite, instore and online.
- Assists with SFP product inventory levels in warehouse and ensures daily/weekly replenishment of product takes place, may also prepare special products requests for scheduled visits.
- Uses CRM (Kiosk) to document and keep current all account and daily visit details.
- During the sales process collects money from customers, makes change, and records transactions, may also make deposits when necessary.
- Assists accounts with their employee eligibility needs through consultation and technology
- In partnership with Work Account Manager, monitors the maintenance and repair of assigned truck and any corporate vehicle, to include cleaning and scheduling of required servicing, etc.
- Inspects the truck pre- and post-trip. Reports maintenance needs to SFP Leadership.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required, retail experience preferred.
- Basic computer, math, and financial skills are necessary.
- Must be 21 years of age and must be able to carry a current and valid Class A or B driver's license with air brake endorsement within 3 months. Company training provided.
- Drivers must have clean Motor Vehicle Record (MRV), and both the driver & team member must be able to pass basic criminal background check and required drug screening prior to conducting delivery service.
- Must be able to keep current on all Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) criteria.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays with occasional overnight travel.
Physical Requirements:
- This job operates in a work truck environment with fluctuating temperatures based on outside weather conditions and may work outdoors while loading, unloading, and selling inventory. Non-travel days may be spent in a distribution center/warehouse environment. This role routinely operates an enclosed box truck and uses standard equipment such as a computer, telephone, scanner, pallet jack, box cutter, hand truck, step stool, measuring device, POS register, and wireless PDT.
- Ability to communicate with customers, leadership, and other associates.
- Frequent periods of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Frequent periods of bending, squatting, reaching, and twisting to place or obtain merchandise.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 70 pounds occasionally, 50 pounds frequently, and up to 30 pounds continuously.
- Ability to perform push/pull movements.
- Ability to view shoe sizes, colors, shoe labels, case labels, scanners, receipts, POS registers, and be aware of surroundings as related to customers and safety.
