Southwest Building Solutions is seeking a highly proactive Sales Professional to fuel our growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities in the construction industry. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on chasing new leads, developing new markets, and winning business.
As part of our team, you will:
- Aggressively seek new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, prospecting, and industry events.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new clients while nurturing existing relationships.
- Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our steel-building solutions to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close deals that drive revenue growth while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Stay on top of industry trends and competitor activity to keep Southwest Building Solutions ahead of the curve.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a hunter sales professional with a track record of exceeding sales quotas (construction/steel-building industry preferred).
- Exceptional ability to generate and qualify leads, cold-call, and close deals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with a focus on results.
- Willingness to travel throughout Arizona frequently to meet clients, attend trade shows, and network with industry professionals.
- Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
