We are seeking a motivated, hands-on professional in the Raleigh, NC area to join our team as we expand our US footprint. This role offers the opportunity for growth, development, and upward mobility within a globally recognized company. The ideal candidate will be driven by both client satisfaction and the pursuit of new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Development: Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients and contracts while actively seeking new revenue streams.
- Industry Engagement: Collaborate with parallel industries, including Vocational Rehabilitation, the Veterans Administration, Audiologists, and Hearing Aid Centers.
- Sales Presentations: Organize and conduct online and in-person product training and sales meetings.
- Product Management: Oversee the product demo room, ensuring equipment and products are up-to-date and well-maintained
- Customer Relations: Perform customer follow-ups and provide weekly performance reports.
- Event Participation: Represent the company at exhibitions, conventions, and similar events.
- Additional Tasks: Undertake other responsibilities as assigned by the Sales Manager or CEO.
Requirements/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or Marketing.
- Proven multi-year sales experience.
- Experience with government contracts is advantageous.
- Hearing industry experience preferred.
- Proficiency in utilizing sales technology tools.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- Local to Raleigh, NC, and able to work collaboratively with team members in North Carolina.
