- Generate leads and drive sales to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to promote our roofing and exterior solutions.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients.
- Negotiate terms and close deals effectively to maximize sales revenue.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and market expansion.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a hunger for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies and techniques.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
