Job Title: Sales Representative (Small Format)

Reports To: District Sales Manager

FLSA Status: Exempt

Classification: Full Time

Job Summary: The Sales Representative will use their determination and drive to capitalize on sales opportunities, exceed leadership expectations and successfully reach sales goals.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all sales activities in assigned geographic territory.
• Responsible for growth and strengthening retailer relations.
• Presenting authorized decision makers with factual sales data and periodic business reviews.
• Maintaining account rapport, case sales replenishment and growth, quality assurance of products, and follow-up communication.
• Responsible for effective planning and execution of sales promotions.
• Accountable for customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for compliance with the company's Product Freshness Rotation Policy
• Responsible for partnering and communication with dedicated Service Representative to ensure excellent customer service.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and maintaining quality standards of products by the rotation.
• Ability to solve practical problems.
• Ability to work in a friendly manner as part of a team and to develop effectively working relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Ability to accurately add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure.
• Ability to be punctual in meeting route scheduling and attention to detail
• Intermediate computer skills, particularly in Word and Excel
• Possesses a valid driver's license in the state of residence while maintaining a good driving record.

Education/Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years sales experience in beverage distribution or related sales experience.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Administrative and sitting 40%
• Walking, standing, bending, lifting, and twisting 60%
