Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell the newly FDA-approved ADHD medication to psychiatrists, pediatricians, and neurologists within the Florida territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to effectively communicate the benefits and features of the ADHD product.
- Conduct product presentations and provide educational materials to healthcare providers to support the use of the ADHD medication.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning, prospecting, and effective sales techniques.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on sales goals, marketing initiatives, and product updates.
- Attend relevant industry events and conferences as needed to represent the company and build professional networks.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 2 years of B2B outside sales experience, ideally with a track record of success in office equipment, telecommunications, payroll, or advertising sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to rank in the top 25% of sales performers, with documented proof of success.
- Experience in a current sales position for more than 2 years, with a stable employment history.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and achieve sales goals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of or experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus but not required.
- Base salary: $75,000 - $80,000
- Total compensation package: $110,000 - $115,000
- Company car and full expenses covered
