- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales prospects within the B2B space. Develop and qualify leads through cold-calling and lead generation campaigns.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments with potential clients to present our programs and solutions.
- Sales Quota Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Product Presentations: Transport product samples for on-site presentations.
- Business Intelligence: Gather and utilize business intelligence on prospects to enhance sales calls and product presentations.
- Sales Training: Participate in a comprehensive sales training program, which covers product knowledge, mentorship, sales processes, and business development strategies.
- 2-5 years of B2B sales experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively (70% on-site presence)
