About the Job
RSM ATL is an all-inclusive service provider for restaurants and their facility needs. The company is looking for a proactive, motivated, and coachable Sales Representatives who are interested in getting in the door of the sales industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our external and internal customers, vendors, suppliers, and technical support team.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
- Complete regularly scheduled phone blocks and cold call prospecting activities to set up initial and follow-up appointments with customer decision-makers.
- Conduct customer and market research to generate sales leads and identify new business opportunities to achieve business sales target.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings with existing and regular clients to maintain good rapport in the market.
- Provide forecasting and budgeting as directed by the management.
- Ensure that databases and sales data are kept up to date.
- Timely update of client databases and maintain a personal log of your contacts in the Zoho CRM.
- Other sales-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- High School or GED or Associate Degree in Business or Marketing.
- Minimum of 3 years’ proven work experience in Commercial Food Equipment Services is preferred.
- Knowledge of Commercial Food Equipment, Parts, and HVAC equipment is preferred, but not required.
- Possess interpersonal and strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritize tasks at hand.
- Highly driven sales individual with a strong desire to succeed, ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Proficient with any Microsoft Programs.
- Familiarity with Zoho One system is a plus and preferred, but can train the right candidate.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Pass background checks.
