Job DescriptionEvery role at Trove Brands is critical to our successful functioning as a whole. Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team Trove will include:
- Meet quarterly international sales objectives and targets.
- Develop long-term profitable business relationships with key international customers and distributors.
- Establish strong professional relationships and credibility with international buyers and executives from key accounts.
- Collaborate on country-specific channel strategies that align retailer strengths with our brand positioning.
- Prospect potential new international business partners by selling our products to their business needs.
- Ensure all international sales meet customer and internal Trove Brands requirements.
- Grow a specific portfolio of established customers along with acquiring new business.
- Support building out self-sustaining international sales teams in key markets.
- Protect company’s value.
We seek team members who are adept at contributing their personal expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role, we’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
- Minimum of 10 years sales experience required, including at least 5 years in international sales. Experience within the European and/or Asian markets is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in building international brick and mortar retail channels from the ground up.
- Experience managing sales channels, ensuring smooth operations from distribution to in-store execution.
- At least 3 years of leadership experience in managing teams and personnel.
- Strong judgment, negotiation and decision-making skills a must.
- Has a proven, consistent track record of delivering sales objectives with large customers.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or equivalent preferred.
- Displays excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Has a proven track record of working on problems/solutions across departments.
- Strong Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are necessary.
- Displays consistent high motivation for sales, including closing skills, prospecting skills, strategic sales planning, selling to customer needs, regional management, market knowledge, presentation skills, high energy level, and ability to meet sales goals.
- Strong technical aptitude and CRM System experience required.
- Displays high integrity and team building skills. Team player who enjoys the dynamics of a fast-growing company.
