Key Responsibilities:

• Develop in-depth knowledge of insurance plans and carriers.
• Communicate efficiently with insurance agents and clients.
• Process applications and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
• Follow up on client and carrier queries in a timely manner.
• Assist in client meetings with detailed plan information and guidance.
• Resolve issues related to claims, billing, and eligibility.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 3+ years in customer service; insurance license or HR experience preferred.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication; proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
• Education: High school diploma required; college education preferred.
